How do you price and schedule a whole-home remodel?
Every whole-home project is different, so we price and schedule each one after a walkthrough. You get a line-item proposal with allowances and a realistic schedule before any work starts, and you hear about it first if anything moves.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We prepare the application, coordinate engineering when it’s needed, and schedule the inspections.
Can we live at home during the work?
Usually. We phase the work so you keep a working kitchen and bathroom whenever possible, and we keep dust contained to the work area.
