Client experiences
What clients say
“I was very impressed with this team… Very professional and thorough in their scope of work. They are a team that can do anything and has such a can-do, positive attitude in working with us. I would recommend them for any home project from simple to complex.”
Google review“[They] did a complete downstairs remodel in our house to create a separate Airbnb/guest space. This included a garage bump out, creating an entire kitchen, a bathroom remodel, new doors, new floors and re-plumbing and electrical… These guys have the best work ethic I have ever seen. Not only did they always come when promised (which is rare these days)…”

Frequently asked questions
How much does a new deck cost?
Most composite decks run $18,000–$45,000 depending on size, height and railing choice; resurfacing an existing frame costs less. Every deck is quoted from a walkthrough with line-item pricing.
When is the best time to build?
We build year-round. Spring and summer fill up first, so a proposal in the fall or winter usually gets an earlier slot.
Do decks need a permit?
Most decks that are attached to the house or more than 30 inches off the ground do. We handle the application and inspections.
Composite or cedar?
Composite costs more up front and needs almost no upkeep. Cedar costs less and wants a seal every couple of years. We’ll show you both and price them side by side.
