A custom dormer extension designed to add more usable space and natural light to the home while blending seamlessly with the existing structure. We expanded the roofline and carefully tied the new construction into the home's original design.
Inside, we added custom-built desks and new windows to make the most of the additional space and natural light. The finished dormer creates a functional, comfortable space with thoughtful details throughout.
